| I
first met Joseph and Elisabeth Bimba in 1986, when I as
a newly graduated teacher went to teach missionaries’
children in Foya, Liberia. I very soon got acquainted
with a lovely young couple named Joseph and Elisabeth
Bimba, who became my truly good friends. I remember with
joy when their first daughter, Sia Naomie was born.
As
often as I had the possibility during weekends and evenings,
I joined the “Liberia for Jesus team” led
by Joseph Bimba. My two years in Liberia was a great
time of training for me.
Throughout
the years we have kept contact and Liberia has always
kept a special place in my heart. We have as a family
been in Tulsa to visit the Bimba family and Joseph has
been to visit us in Sweden. My husband and I have arranged
visits to different churches and Bible schools for Joseph
Bimba and he has been asked to return several times.
It
is now with great excitement we see how the Bimbas are
planning to take up the ministry in Liberia and West
Africa. We rejoice in the wide open doors and there
is certainly a need for healing and reconciliation from
the heart of God to Liberia and the whole of West Africa.
We strongly believe that the Bimbas will be a great
blessing in that work.
Yours
sincerely
Kristina
